We were originally placed on the bottom floor but the ac wasn't working and the sink in the bathroom didn't turn on. Ut if course we didnt notice this until after getting settled but they moved us to another room. The 2nd room smelled really bad and damp but we sucked it up and got settled but than noticed the toilet doesn't flush. They than moved us upstairs and upgraded us to a better room which made things good for us. They have great service and the staff is very very nice and welcoming and work very hard. They served a beautiful breakfast and were very helpful overall. The only reason for a 3 star was the initial problem with the run down rooms and it took a couple of hours to get settled because of this. This could really be a 5 star hotel if they upgraded and maintained the rooms better

The gong scared us, but the welcome drinks with sugar on the glass was great. The room is also nice and comfortable but the tv is too small. The swimming pool has a great view, but it is kinda dirty and a spider went to my friend’s hair. The breakfast was really great. There were missing towels in my room and had to borrow from another. The air conditioner is also faulty but the staff were very helpful about it and kind to us. Overall, the rating is *drum roll* — 3.5!! Yaayyyy!!!

We stayed at Oriental Luxury Suites last June 14-15. It was a weekday so we were the only guest at the hotel. It has a picturesque view of the Taal volcano and the place is surrounded by nature. The place has a pool that is very instagrammable. We stayed at the Chang Mai room which has a shared balcony view with the Chang Rai room. The hotel is near tourist spots but we just stayed in to relax and enjoy the nature. We did paint by numbers at the balcony with the taal as our view which is a perfect bonding activity for a date especially if you want to destress. Our room was very spacious and really gave that thailand feel. No concern with the room. Everything was working well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have extended. For the downside, there's no wifi at the place, parking is limited, if you're very sensitive to noise, you must know that sometimes you'll hear the cars passing by since the place is along the highway. The place also doesn't have a restaurant but they have partners where they can order food for you.
